Roles & Responsibilities: - Responsible for driving HR processes with key focus on talent management for skill development, performance management, employee engagement and communication. - Overall HR operations activities ensuring payroll & compliance are met by the central processing team. - Ensuring stakeholder management in terms of implementation and adherence to execute initiatives to help to drive a high performing organisation. - Credible coach and mentor to the team. - Actively managing performance management . Facilitating the process between employees and leadership to discuss and resolve performance and conduct issues.Promote consistent policy administration. - Leading processes / programs, including employee communications, employee relations, policy, employee engagement & retention and health & safety. - Analyse training needs and implementing the training and development agenda; identifying areas that need attention in conjunction with managers. - In charge of employee life cycle management right from on boarding to exit management. - Responsible for ensuring legal and statutory compliance are adhered by monitoring and implementing systems across all departments; conducting investigations/Audits; maintaining records, representing the organisation. - Responsible to handle grievances from all employee profiles including blue collar employees. - Warehouse/ E commerce experience is must.
