Designation : 1mg.com - AM/DM - Digital/Performance Marketing Education : Preferably from Engineering Background Prior Experience in Ecommerce Companies is preferred Task & Responsibilities : - In-depth knowledge of FB ads (Lowering CAC, Increasing conversions), Google adwords, Remarketing (FB, Google), mobile marketing (New downloads, ASO, increase reviews & ratings) - Extremely comfortable with Excel& Data oriented decisions & outlook - Own end-to-end execution, measurement, reporting and optimization of Facebook Ad campaigns with goals to increase transactions, new users, acquired. - Provide recommendations and execute strategies for campaign structuring, targeting, and other facets of Facebook ads in accordance with business goals. - Managing and maintaining a large budget across Facebook & Instagram advertising properties.Contextual understanding of what works and what doesn't in the health market is important. - Working with teams to build and optimize landing pages - Running A/B tests across campaigns, creatives & landing pages - Generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking. - Keep pace with Facebook industry trends and developments. - Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance to internal business goals. - Perform traffic and competitor analysis regularly to maintain an edge - Ability to build and track conversion funnels using internally developed dashboards as well as 3rd party tools - Optimize campaign performance towards acquisition & activation goals. - Analyze & report on campaign KPIs to key stakeholders. - Partner with internal teams to optimize campaign performance (targeting, optimization, creative direction, etc.)
