1mg - Manager - HR Business Partner (8-12 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Implement employee surveys and questionnaires; analyse and derive action plan based on survey results
2. Responsible for onboarding and partnering with the recruitment team in hiring associates based on business forecasts
3. Partner with business leaders and other support functions to maintain a highly motivated and engaged workforce
4. Implement new policies, procedures and programs in support of Business
5. Be the first point of contact for all employee grievances and partner with the Business in conducting necessary investigations.
6. Provide MIS support for Attrition analysis, includes- analyzing Exit interview , observe trends and highlight important aspects, prepare and publish dashboards
7. Drive engagement initiatives Drive Performance Management process
8. Partner with functions to drive Career progression initiatives
9. Support the L&D team in conducting training needs assessment for employees across levels
10. Responsible in conducting regular vendor audits to ensure labor compliance.
11. Responsible for statutory compliance
