1K Kirana Bazaar - Program Manager

- Manage program and projects teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross project initiatives.

- Work closely with project sponsors, cross- functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.

- Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors.

- Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives.

- Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department or other departments.

- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders.

- Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity.

- Ensure SOP adherence and define success criteria for the programs by defining KPIs/Program metrics

- Create reporting dashboards of the metrics identified and continuously update the same to monitor program health

- Be data driven, analytical and always curious to solve the problems with scalable solutions
