Key Deliverable: - Must have an expertise in demand aggregation and assortment management - Should be acquainted with price benchmarking, data analysis and data management - Must be able to study consumer behavior and implement suitable strategic solutions for the same - Must have hands on experience with respect to product placement, distribution and able to meet primary sales target - Maintaining good relation with retailers, determining offers and consumer engagement activities - Implement extensive strategies to increase the reach on our 1K app - Devising SOPs for Procurement activities - Analyzing data or insights to determine industry and consumer trends regarding the product and category - Creating and developing a strategic long term plan for the development of the category Skills and Qualifications: - We are looking for a candidate with 1-2 years of relevant experience in procurement management in retail sourcing/procurement or has worked with an e-commerce company - Minimum 3 years of experience in the similar position. - Master's degree is preferred from top tier institute ; experienced in working with startups - Previous experience in category management is a plus - Ability to analyze and develop accurate conclusions to support category decisions based on key data - Strong people management and persuasion skills to manage and influence at all levels of the company - Proven ability in data analysis - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in MS Office as well as SQL would be an advantage
