1K Kirana Bazaar - Category Lead (Grocery & Staples) The incumbent will have the following responsibilities : - Create partnership with Supply partners and coordinate Procurement operations - Negotiating with vendors for better margin, payments terms, service levels and turnaround time - Plan and maintain fulfilment levels as per category wise targets - Aligning vendor payments as per the schedule - Create and maintain a dashboard for monitoring Procurement KPIs (Inventory Inbound, Payables, Fulfillment rate, Performance, etc.) - Devising SOPs for Procurement activities - We are looking for a candidate who is having 1 to 2 years of experience in procurement management in retail sourcing/procurement or has worked with an eCommerce company and is entrepreneurial, has a sharp business acumen and can work with ambiguity.
