Key Deliverables :
- Handling overall Revenue of Retail Stores and leading the team of TSMs/ BDMs.
- Responsible for the increase in the sales in the respective region.
- Ensure Achievement of Sales Targets Defined.
- Manage the sales growth along with his team for the respective territory.
- Conduct regular market visits to make sure business partners are satisfied with the services and follow all the operational SOPs, competitor analysis, marketing activity and continuously search for new opportunities in order to increase sales in the territory.
- Budgeting and forecasting sales, preparing reports and collection plan, ensuring timely.
- Reporting of ASM will be to RSM.
Work Experience:
- A minimum experience of 2-5 years is required
- Team leading experience is mandatory
- Should have good communication skills
- Should have negotiation and Cross functional skills
- Should have knowledge of Area. (Local candidates preferred)
- Experience of FMCG/Retail is a plus.
- Awareness of the start-up ecosystem and the unique challenges that it entails
Educational Qualifications - Post-Graduate in Marketing Management / Retail Management / Operations Management / Hotel Management.
- Additional certifications, training programs preferred but not mandatory
