Please visit https://www.123storesecommerce.com Job Summary : - As an AVP - Equity Sales / Investor Out Reach, you will be responsible for developing a robust investor outreach strategy and framework, one that builds investor confidence and belief in the company's vision and strategy for delivering shareholder value. - Our parent company, IntraSoft Technologies Limited, is listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE:ISFT) and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE: 533181). - The job entails identifying, researching & prospecting potential investors for the Company (portfolio managers, analysts, fund managers, traders, high net worth individuals, family offices, venture capital companies). - The E-Commerce business is rapidly evolving, and you will have the exciting opportunity to work closely with new age technologies & investors in these technologies. - This is an IC role, which reports directly to the co-founder. - This role is based out of Mumbai and is a 100% remote position. Responsibilities : - You will be required to identify, research & prospect potential investors for the Company (portfolio managers, analysts, fund managers, traders, high net worth individuals, family offices, venture capital companies). - Do rigorous research on investors and build an effective investor pipeline. - Strike and initiate conversations, set up meetings & demos with high-profile personas of investors you are prospecting. - Cultivate relationships with research analysts ensuring that company information is disseminated, and research coverage is increased for the company. - Develop pitch materials that clearly outline our business and growth potential. - Lead/Support equity fundraising from private/growth equity funds, venture capitals, corporates. - Develop a robust investor outreach strategy and framework; Develop investor confidence and belief in the company's vision and strategy for delivering the shareholder value - Developing and regularly updating Investors presentations, with lateral thinking abilities to present the data / facts to investors in a clear, transparent and innovative manner - Regularly developing/updating the Target Investors lists based on data analytics, peer group shareholder moments, sectoral interest / current preferences of large investors etc. and develop a multi-pronged strategy to target them - Prepare & regularly update the Investors/Analysts' FAQs, Summary Data book etc on the company for the ready reference to management in investors meetings / calls - Actively engaged with Buy side investors / family offices & Sell Side brokerage analysts, provide them proactive inputs for their models, reports etc. Maintain their models and keep track on their key parameters, co performance & stock valuation drivers etc Skills/Requirements : - 5-10 years of experience in Equity Sales. - Strong networking and relationship building skills - Strong Hunter Mindset - Strong business acumen, logical and analytical skills, negotiation skills - Learning mindset and the right attitude that will help you thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment - Digging deep into the industry, competitors and the latest trends - Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines - Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills - Subscribe to a mentality of work hard, stay positive and implement feedback Benefits : - 100% remote, work from home position - Ongoing training and growth opportunities - Retreats, offsite team-building activities & conferences - Medical, Accident Cover & Life Insurance - Wellness, Home Internet & Skill Development Benefits Qualifications : - Management Degree from a top 20 business school. - Ideally suited for 2010 - 2015 batch graduates Location : Mumbai Offer : 40-60 LPA
