THE OPPORTUNITY:

As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you would be a growth hacker for the company. You should be individually motivated and work without guidance.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- As a Digital Marketing Strategist your responsibility is to generate qualified leads by managing the digital campaigns. 


- This will be executed across multiple channels through a targeted approach of delivering key messaging for our customer and employee experience solutions.

- Own strategy, media planning, and execution across multiple paid & non-paid channels

- Use data-driven marketing to identify trends/patterns and key opportunities for innovation, make optimization recommendations across the buyer's journey

- Support integrated campaigns with innovative approaches to acquisition and brand awareness advertising

- Good understanding of identifying new data sources and designing user acquisition campaigns

- Develop a deep understanding of our product, audience, and their buyer's journey

REQUIREMENT:

This role requires you to have:

- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing

- Understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and Account Based Marketing tools

- Understanding of b2b industry

- Ability to learn and articulate solution selling value points

- Strong presentation and communication

- Proficient with Excel to manage large volume of data

- Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, think through problems to come up with solution

- Ability to continuously prioritise and stay nimble in a fast-paced work environment
