- To manage the entire Talent Acquisition vertical - end to end operations - Proactively scout for newer channels for sourcing - Manage multiple portals and vendor partners and strive to achieve recruitment targets in allotted timelines - Maintain &amp; Track shortlisted profiles and coordinate various levels of interviews within the organization - Liaise with internal stakeholders to receive specifications for the profile and design job descriptions for the position - Provide reports and analytics for management reviews and other channels as required - Liaise with campus networks to organize campus interview drives as needed - Constantly evolve the recruitment process to achieve allocated goals and results and increase the overall efficiency of the recruitment function.
