HR Generalist Profile | HR Operations - Manage the end to end operations of Human Resource Vertical - Responsible for performance management, compensation & benefits, employee lifecycle management, data analytics, and other HR generalist activities - Strategise and implement employee-centric programs & benefits across the organization - Responsible for HR process adherence across the company, constantly seek opportunities for process improvements and suggest the implementation of tools as deemed fit - Handle internal audits and ensure data efficiency is maintained at 100% at all times - Ensure all the internal HR processes are adhered to and all relevant documents, data &amp; approvals have been secured at all times - Handle employee grievances and follow procedures for quick and effective resolution - Develop a strong interpersonal relationship with the entire team and their stakeholders and liaise closely with the department heads and the management team for various HR-related tasks - Assist in various HR projects in liaison with the Head of Human Resource - Ensure data accuracy &amp; compliance in payroll activities - Vendor management for multiple functions - payroll, labor, legal etc. - Team management &amp; development responsibilities - Responsible for HR data, MIS &amp; Analytics - Assist in Employee Engagement activities Preferred Profile - Excellent communication skills - A proven track record of handling HR generalist activities for a large diverse organization in a managerial capacity - Advanced skills in MS Office, HRIS tools, and performance management tools - Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills - Experience in a fast-moving startup environment is preferred - Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach
