Requirements for applying: - You like the contacts and the sharing of knowledge with the students and the supervising team. - Design is not only a job, it is a passion, and you want to share it with others. - 5 years of professional experience in the design education domain is required. - 5 to 10 years of experience in the design industry is mandatory. - International experience is a plus. - Course delivered in English - Good knowledge and understanding of the common Design software - Being very technology aware and curious about the world is mandatory. - Having a large industry network. Roles & Responsibilities- - Work with Dean to conceive and plan the courses, teachers and activities of the School according to Syllabus. - Hire teachers according to the syllabus needs supported by Course leader of each streams. - Organize and manage all relevant academic documentation for the marking, exams, and graduation according to university standards supported by the operation team and course leaders. - In contact with the industry, you will find work with course leaders to organize industry projects for the courses in different formats (long/short projects, design sprint, master-classes, design competitions.). - Management of campus equipment needs for all streams and support for students, on educational projects - In association with the Dean and course leaders, evolve the syllabus of each department to always match both university and industry requirements to insure the best employability to the students. - Assist in the organization of events within the campus
