Key Responsibilities: - Lead, manage, and mentor a team of professionals, ensuring the consistent achievement of individual and collective performance targets. Provide impactful feedback and coaching to foster continuous growth and development. - Strategically utilize and optimize CRM tools and methodologies to enhance lead qualification, effective nurturing, and maximize conversion rates. Drive efficiency in sales and customer engagement processes. - Proactively monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to team productivity, lead conversion, and customer satisfaction. Translate data into actionable insights for continuous improvement. - Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure integrated workflows and align efforts with broader business goals. - Drive improvements in lead conversion funnels and customer follow-up processes, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to enhance effectiveness and efficiency. - Uphold and ensure a high standard of customer engagement and satisfaction, reinforcing our commitment to exceptional user experiences. - Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and targeted training sessions to elevate team skills and foster a culture of continuous learning. - Maintain meticulous reporting and comprehensive documentation on team metrics, achievements, and strategic initiatives. Key Requirements: - 2 to 3 years of total work experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a team handling or leadership role within a fast-paced environment. - Proven, hands-on experience with CRM Tools is essential (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM). - Prior experience in the EdTech industry is highly preferred, demonstrating a clear understanding of its unique market dynamics and customer behavior. - Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards challenging targets. - Demonstrated ability to thrive in a target-driven, dynamic environment. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
