Programme Overview

The Executive Post Graduate Certificate Programme in Management (EPGCPM) from IIM Indore is exclusively designed for working executives and entrepreneurs who are looking to upskill in the management domain but are finding it difficult to pursue a full-time programme. The weekend sessions will provide them the flexibility to pursue knowledge while remaining engaged in their respective professions. Desired Candidate Profile

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (10+2+3 or 10+2+4), or 2 years' Master's degree or equivalent from a recognised university (UGC/AICTE/DEC/AIU/State Government) in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks of all the years.
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience post completion of the qualifying education.

  • The selection will be based on the candidate's profile evaluation.

Attendance Criteria

  • Participants are expected to attend all sessions of a given course.
  • They may take leave on account of emergencies, participation in management festivals, co-curricular activities, etc., subject to the approval of the Programme Coordinator
  • However, a 75% minimum attendance requirement would be considered for the final grading. For less than 75% attendance, grade cut as per the norms will be applied.
