Program Overview
Businesses leaders are faced with managing teams and businesses in a volatile uncertain complex ambiguous environment. Dynamic and disruptive business environments require a different and fresh management approach in leveraging the various functions of business through strategic thinking and decision making in an integrated wholistic manner. This calls for new age skills of understanding mega trends of customers, markets, business models and dealing with them with agility, resilience to drive business growth as well as personal, professional and career growth.
The Advanced Management Program is a New Age Management Program for developing Future Leaders in a disruptive environment. The Program delivers a General Management perspective of all the key functions of business which will help Business Leaders to strategize and lead effectively in a VUCA world. The Program aims at developing leadership acumen, thinking skills, strategic skills, decision making skills, problem solving skill and instincts required to managing business in a VUCA environment.
The program is designed and delivered to spark the minds of Corporate Leaders by asking the right questions to seek the right answers for various business problems. General Management Concepts across various business functions are discussed through Case and discussion led manner blending theory and practical implementation. On culmination, participants will be able to leverage and apply the integrated knowledge and strategic frameworks to address business issues in a dynamic and disruptive business environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate / Post Graduate from recognized Universities with minimum 50% marks in either graduation or post-graduation (or its equivalent) and at least 8 years of work experience.
