Program Overview
IIM Calcutta's Transitioning into Leadership: A Programme for Women Executives (TLPWE), is a one-year, online programme designed exclusively for women executives and entrepreneurs to help them hone, focus, and channelise their natural leadership qualities to emerge as successful leaders at the workplace. The programme intends to sensitise participants to the transformation of women in organisations from managerial roles to leadership positions and equips them with theoretical and applied managerial skills in a variety of executive dimensions like leadership vision, self-exploration and understanding, skills, applications, and articulation.
Who Should Attend
● Working women professionals with at least 5 years of managerial experience in top companies who have decent operative knowledge of their jobs roles and are more likely to evolve in their current position
● Participants demonstrating significant career achievements/leadership responsibilities
● Women engaged in family business/entrepreneurial activities

Desired Candidate Profile
● Graduation (10+2+3/10+2+4/10+2+2 /11+1+3) from a recognised university (UGC/AICTE/DEC/AIU)
● Candidates should have 50% or higher in graduation to be eligible. Marks for all (3 or 4) years to be included for calculating graduation percentage
● Those candidates who have less than 50% marks in graduation but have more than 50% marks in post-graduation (from a recognised university) are also eligible for the programme
● At least 5 Years of managerial experience or engaged in family business/entrepreneurial activity
● Should be working at the time of applying for the programme
