Desired Candidate Profile

● Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 50% aggregate marks, from a recognised university
● Candidates with less than 50% in graduation but greater than 50% aggregate marks in post-graduation are also eligible
● Minimum 3 years full-time paid experience in a managerial role after graduation
● Should be working at the time of applying
