We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in the agri-inputs sector, specifically in biologicals, biostimulants, and crop protection. The ideal candidate will have 9-11 years of experience in sales and product management, with a deep understanding of product positioning, lifecycle management, and portfolio strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement product strategies aligned with business goals - Lead product positioning, messaging, and differentiation initiatives - Manage end-to-end product lifecycle: from launch to phase-out - Streamline and optimize product portfolio to meet market demands - Formulate and execute a brand ladder strategy across product tiers - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide product development - Collaborate with manufacturers for product availability and coordination - Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, regulatory, and supply chain teams - Use data-driven insights to enhance pricing, ROI, and net revenue Qualifications: - Masters degree in Agriculture or Agribusiness from a Tier 1 Institute - 9-11 years of relevant experience in agri-inputs, especially biologicals and crop protection - Proven track record in product management, sales, or marketing - Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities - Familiarity with agri-market trends and regulatory landscapes
