You will be part of a small, but highly motivated team, dedicated to turning our early success and incredible potential into reality.   The Talent acquisition specialist should have specific experience in hiring analytics/ data science professionals. Prior experience working for a startup or talent acquisition firm focused on analytics professionals hiring is a big plus.   Requirement :   - Ability to be able to talk with the hiring manager and carve out a job description, identify and recruit the right candidate   - Own and drive all hiring requirement with aggressive cycle time  - Own the employee on-boarding process   - Be flexible and open to exploring new skills as the role evolves  Qualification:   - Overall 3-4 years of experience recruiting for technical roles and min one year of experience in analytics and data science hiring  - Strong interest in learning deeper about data science technology and start-ups   - Excellent communication and articulation skills   - Very passionate to learn more about Data Analytics/ Marketing Technology Industry   - Pro-active and independent self-worker with a positive attitude  Salary Offered : 5-8 LPA
