Check us out on www.zycus.com  Job Responsibilities :   - Single point of contact for all process Improvement activities   - Develop & deploy process metrics for each of the activities and build a continuous monitoring and improvement methodology.  - Identify gaps, loose ends, bottle neck, wastes within the process  - Independently manage improvement projects in various functions  - Conduct process improvement methodology training when required  - Plan project & monitor its overall progress and circulate dashboards on a regular frequency  - Ensure delivery against business objectives  - Continuous transition and adoption of new process driven activities.  - Establish seamless communication channels for problem resolution   - Conducting audits to check the process implementation accuracy as well as identifying areas of improvement.  Leadership Abilities :  - Accept responsibility/accountability for assigned tasks  - Break problems into manageable pieces and follow an organized approach to resolve them  - Plan tasks to create deliverables and effectively execute that plan with little direction from supervisor  - Proactively provide input and present ideas in a considered and articulate manner  REQUIREMENTS :  - 5 to 7 years of relevant experience  - Very good exposure of processes & quality  - Excel and Power point Knowledge is must.  - Analytical and Reasoning skills  - Process Designing and Mapping skills  - Excellent Communication, interpersonal skill and team handling exposure   - Strong attention to detail, analytical acumen, intellectual curiosity, creativity, a proven work ethic  - Drive initiative, strong commitment, ability to take ownership
