Location: Mumbai  Be a part of exceptional Global Marketing team   Direct strategic initiatives for business & streamline Talent Acquisition Process from Marketing Perspective  About the Role :   - The incumbent will report into the Vice President - Marketing The ideal candidate will have strong Recruitment Marketing skills to support the TA team while managing social media campaigns to create Employer Brand.  He / She will manage  Social Media Management:  - Manage & create content for all social media accounts  - Run social media campaigns for different BU's in the organisation  - Social Recruitment Monitor rankings and record Sentiments Analysis Report  - Running Social take over campaign  - Achieve targeted organic/paid reach on social media accounts  Editorial Calendar Management:  - Define and set the tone of communication with editorial calendars  - Ensuring placement of campaigns, events, holidays, social media targets and content is done as per the calendar's direction  - Work with agency to ensure the content calendars & design calendars are executed as per the Editorial calendar  Employee Advocacy Program:  - Run the employee community within the organisation  - Managing and developing Employee Advocacy web & mobile app  - Engage the community to talk about Brand on social media accounts  - Run campaigns within the community to generate organic content  Communications & Content generation:  - Ensure website content is updated and social media communication is in sync with website content  - Responsible to manage all the branding and company information on various job portals and sites  - Develop all the content and manage the programs & events execution end-to-end  - Generate the content, and also get feedback from the target audience on the relevance of each communication program  - Engage employee community on in-house communication portal for all the external campaigns and encourage employees to talk about their brand  - Ensure Brand Guidelines are followed and executed in all the communications  Recruitment Marketing:  - Introduced a fresh & young Campus deck for campus drives  - Responsible for all recruitment related communications for prospective employees, existing employees and alumni of the organization  - Advertising, social media activities, branding on campuses, newsletters, mailers, engagement programs for prospective employees and alumni  - Working very closely with the recruitment team to understand the supply chain issues and accordingly design and execute the advertising programs on Print, Social & Web  - Develop and manage the budgets for the activities.
