The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills to support the performance management of the TA team while managing leadership hiring for the division.   He / She will :   - Manage a team of Technical Recruiters and mentor them to get the desired performance.   - Be responsible for leading technical recruiting in Java, J2EE and associated technologies (Spring, Hibernate, Web Services).   - Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.   - Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.   - Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.   - Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.   Ideal Candidate for us :   - Hunger, Passion and determination to change the recruitment landscape!
