Our people come from diverse backgrounds, but share a passion for quality customer service and dedication- whether our customer is a client or another ZS employee.  Job Profile for the Senior Finance Associate-India Payroll role:  - To manage Payroll & F&F processing   - To book the Salary cost and payment entries into SAP   - To ensure timely submission of Statutory Payments like PF, TDS, LWF, etc.,   - To manage timely Salary payouts through Bank   - To respond to payroll employee queries.   - To liaison with RPFC Pune in order to manage PF transfers and withdrawal claims of employees and represent company in other PF related requirements.   Qualifications :  - B.Com / CA (Inter) / ICWA (Inter) / PGDBA (Finance)   - The person should have 6-10 years of experience in handling Indian payroll in a company having employee strength of 2000 or more.   - The person should have working knowledge of SAP (Finance)   - The person should be accustomed to various Audit requirements  - Hands on experience in preparing audit schedules and dealing with the auditors.  - The person should have good knowledge of handling payroll related statutory compliances such as PF, TDS, LWF, PT etc.   - The person should have good command over English written and verbal communication skill to manage Payroll & F&F processing.
