ZS Associates - Senior Associate - Digital Marketing

We seek a Digital Marketing Senior Associate to join our Headquarters group in our New Delhi, India office. The Digital Marketing Senior Associate will help, develop and maintain ZS's multi-national website.

- Reporting to the Digital Marketing Lead, this person will work to enhance the digital experience, branding, messaging, content, features and functionality. The ideal profile is someone who is strategically minded, yet can manage tactical and technical aspects of digital marketing.

Responsibilities :

- Oversee day-to-day management, updates, and scheduling of the global ZS website and blogs to ensure a positive user experience that drives customer acquisition, conversions, and ROI.

- Perform content management updates on a regular and as needed basis.

- Collaborate with internal team members, agencies and other vendor partners to execute digital marketing campaigns, implement content, create landing pages and optimize user experience.

- Develop and manage micro-sites as needed to support marketing strategy.

- Create and update corporate blogs.

- Plan, execute, and measure A/B and conversion tests.

- Review and test changes and enhancements, including usability tests.

- Conduct keyword research. Identify and implement SEO strategies and best practices to support ZS vision and goals.

- Utilize strong analytical ability to measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals delivering analysis through recommendations to stakeholders.

- Support tactical social media efforts.

- Evaluate market trends and competitor data.

- Conduct ad-hoc research and projects on an as needed basis.

- We seek an energetic, dynamic self-starter with a demonstrated track record in website management and analytics.

Skills & Background :

- Passion for and deep expertise in content management systems. Sitecore and Hubspot are a plus.

- Digital content management expertise

- Digital analytics platform and analysis experience

- Exposure to management of corporate social media channels and SEO

- Good thinking and problem solving skills

- Highly organized with good project management expertise

- Motivation and initiative to continually improve digital effectiveness

- Service orientation and skill in managing multiple internal clients

- Obsessive attention to detail

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- MBA preferred
