About the ZS Associates, India - Capability and Expertise Centers - The ZS India C&EC are centers are in Pune and Gurgaon. Our teams within the C&ECs work in conjunction with onshore colleagues to deliver all types of sales and marketing projects to our clients. Process Excellence Consultant Overview

ZS- Business Operations group helps clients run their business better. ZS uses our marketing and sales expertise to identify improvement opportunities and how to overcome challenges- using data, facts and rigorous analysis to drive our recommendations. ZS collaborates with clients to design their solutions and provides capability building and outsourcing services that deliver substantial improvements in effectiveness and efficiency.

Job Description (Business Operations- Process Excellence Consultant) Business Operations Consultants manage overall projects and client engagements. They support our clients- marketing and sales activities and ensure productivity and profitability in their business operations. As Business Operations Consultants advance in their career, they may choose to specialize in a particular industry, operations practice area and/or client relationship. As a Business Operations Consultant, you will:

- Enable and support marketing and sales business processes

- Define operational models for our clients with standard operating procedures, governance criteria, roles and responsibilities

- Lead major process enablement and re-engineering initiatives

- Manage large teams across offices and coordinate multiple work streams to produce high-quality results

- Provide thought leadership and innovation, advising internal groups and leading initiatives on business operations excellence

- Manage client relationships to ensure long-term strategic partnerships

- Participate in business and strategy development

- Work on multiple client engagements, strengthening analytic and project management skills

Consultants have immediate opportunities to take responsibility on project assignments, thereby gaining exposure to a variety of marketing and sales issues. ZS- practice areas cover the breadth of marketing and sales functions- from strategic to tactical, but always data-driven- and influence the top line of client organizations. The marketing and sales concentration you get at ZS gives you enough focus to become a strong generalist or a true specialist. Your project work strengthens your business knowledge and consulting skills while leveraging your analytic ability.

Qualification

ZS welcomes candidates with an MBA (Tier-1 Institute preferred) and a bachelor- s/master's degree in technology (Engineering preferred), plus 6-7 years of prior project management experience in technology or operations. In lieu of an MBA, 7-9 years of relevant work experience may substitute. In addition to a strong academic record of analytic and quantitative work, typically demonstrated through consistent top marks in university, we seek individuals with the following personal skills:
