Job Description:

- The Learning Solutions Lead will manage key learning design and development initiatives and drive instructional design strategy to support ZS business goals.

- The role will also be responsible for managing the curriculum strategy for global expertise areas focused on practice areas, expertise centers, industries, and client teams.

- The role will assess needs and partner with business leaders to establish priorities and develop classroom and online training. The Learning Solutions Lead will report directly to the Global Manager of Learning & Expertise Development

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and lead teams to design, develop, and evaluate classroom training, online training, and informal learning resources

- Develop, manage, and execute project plans to meet business requirements and ensure commitment from project team members

- Manage curriculum strategy for global expertise areas and partner with business leaders and geographic HR leads to design curriculum and training plans

- Collaborate with the extended Learning & Expertise development team to prioritize learning and development initiatives based on business needs

- Manage best practices, tools and templates for all phases in the instructional design process for classroom and online solutions

- Determine appropriate learning vehicles and delivery channels to achieve desired performance (instructor-led courses, eLearning, blended, informal resources, or other performance improvement interventions)

- Lead external vendor relationships and tailor external materials to meet internal needs

- Partner with extended team and business leaders to develop communication plans and customize messages for stakeholders

- Establish customized measurement strategies on targeted solutions. Monitor evaluation data and stakeholder feedback. Develop improvement plans where needed

- Build learning and development expertise within the organization. Bring concepts, methods, and tools to advance strategies and processes

Requirements:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree (Masters Degree highly preferred)

- Ability to assess performance improvement needs and identify appropriate solutions

- Ability to establish and implement curriculum strategies

- Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and evaluation methodologies

- Ability to develop classroom, online, blended and informal learning solutions. Knowledge of eLearning development tools a plus

- Strong project management skills

- Ability to proactively and continually collaborate with clients and colleagues to ensure timely, efficient, and accurate deliverables

- Confirmed ability to analyze problems and solve them creatively

- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills to effectively work with all levels of the organization

- Professional services and/or multi-national experience preferred

- Experienced in interacting with senior leaders across all time zones and with ability to be flexible in work timing on periodic intervals

Prior work experience: 8-10 years professional experience in learning and development focused on instructional design.
