KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONALS  We seek Knowledge Management Associate Consultants to join our New Delhi, India office in our Headquarters group. The person in this role will develop and maintain knowledge for the firm, and will have an opportunity to partner and collaborate with thought leaders, project teams and practice areas across ZS. This role is designed for individuals who can act as as a change agent by participating in the development and implementation of organization-wide knowledge management strategy and coordinating and communicating implementation of this strategy. They have responsibility for supporting thought leaders, project teams and practice areas by collating, organizing, and disseminating external and collective knowledge of the firm to help our project teams and client service.   Knowledge Management Group Overview   ZS Associates Knowledge Management group offers a broad spectrum of Business Research, Pre-Sales and other knowledge based services to clients and internal stakeholders. Our services are based on deep research and we bring together a unique combination of Business Research, Life-Sciences and Clinical experiences.   RESPONSIBILITIES:   - Ability to understand knowledge requirements and assist build suitable solutions, inclusive of process mapping, taxonomy, content tagging, cataloguing and tool design and maintenance   - Using knowledge management concepts, processes and policies to facilitate the process of knowledge capture using KM technologies and tools   - Creating, designing and managing Knowledge management portal on technologies such as MS Sharepoint, EMC Documentum, HTML   - Managing portal, website usability, databases & repositories, access, subscription, collaboration   - Managing content creation, up-gradation and usage, search engines, expertise locators, client's taxonomy, metadata business rules, workflow and process automation applications   - Ability to communicate effectively with client and internal project teams, senior stakeholders, understand their KM challenges, develop and maintain tactical and strategic plan of action, and report them on periodic basis (weekly, monthly, as needed)   - Using a combination of data analysis, user research, benchmarking, metric reporting and consistent content audits to identify high impact opportunities for improvement across all content areas   - Ability to develop reusable templates, process assets and best practices   - Creating training documents/manuals, SOPs, coaching and mentoring client, project team mate and junior members   - Supervise content acquisition, integration, and overall knowledge lifecycle management and formulation of governance framework   We seek energetic and dynamic individuals with demonstrated track record in research and knowledge management. KM Associates will support multiple ZS practice areas and project teams, and will need to be comfortable with a fairly expansive breadth of focus.   QUALIFICATIONS:   Max up to 3- 5 years of relevant, post B. Pharma & MBA work experience   B.
