Responsibility:-

ZS Associates is looking for an Associate Consultant with advanced quantitative analytics skills for its quantitative market research practice. This position will have the opportunity to provide market research expertise to multiple teams working across many clients, practice areas and geographies. This role will assist our clients in developing strategies to assist our clients in shaping their product development strategy, value proposition, customer segmentation and targeting, go-to-market strategies, marketing campaigns, sales forecasts, and sales and marketing effectiveness. Our marketing research capability is a blend of marketing science, research skill, and sales and marketing expertise

Associate Consultants work together with Consultants, Managers and Principals and thus quickly gain exposure, knowledge and experience. As a Quantitative Customer Insight Associate Consultant, you will:

- Engage with onshore teams and clients to shape the client problem and identify the key issues

- Coordinate projects including formation of hypotheses, design and conduct analyses, synthesize conclusions into recommendations, and presentation of results to clients

- Participate in client engagements and advise project teams on:

Sampling methodologies, sampling plans and sample sizes

Performing appropriate statistical modeling methodologies to meet study objectives

Creating multi-attribute experimental designs

- Work on multiple marketing and market research projects simultaneously

- Provide thought leadership and innovation within the quantitative market research practice area

Qualifications:-

Associate Consultants come to ZS with a strong academic record and prior experience with Market Research. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Market Research with demonstrable ability to understand and lead all complex multivariate analyses including regression, factor analyses, cluster analyses, perceptual mapping. Specific expertise in advanced methodologies is

required, including trade-off analytics (e.g., discrete choice/conjoint) and latent class segmentation techniques is a plus.

Qualified candidates will possess the skills detailed below and relevant work experience:-

- Demonstrated skills in a market research environment with an advanced knowledge of quantitative market research techniques and industry practices

- 2 to 3 years of hands-on work experience in primary market research

- Hands on knowledge of multi-variate statistical methods (e.g., regression, factor analysis, cluster analysis, conjoint / choice modeling) is a plus

- Ability to generate insights from primary market research

- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to the team

- Can work collaboratively in a team setting and motivate others
