Business Analytics Associate Consultants play a crucial role on project teams. Their role is to take end-to-end responsibility for creating and supporting analytic solutions and processes to address specific client questions, especially related to sales and marketing operations.

Roles and responsibilities -

- Design and build analytic solutions to address client issues using statistical techniques and tools like Excel, SAS, Access etc.

- Understand client business issues, operating business rules, data, and processes

- Lead design of analysis and overall quality of project deliverables

- Leverage optimization techniques to guide clients and ZS teams to the best decisions

- Simulate the impact of a client's future sales or marketing activities on their future real-world results

- Review, refine and synthesize output from your Associate team

- Actively co-ordinate with local and global ZS teams

- Develop deep expertise in solving client's sales and marketing problems and share the same with the team

- Leverage problem solving skills to address ad hoc client analytic needs

- Synthesize analytic results and business process outputs to create appropriate client communications

Qualifications/Specification:

ZS welcomes candidates for the Business Analytics Associate Consultant position from any engineering discipline with a minimum of 3 years of experience in quantitative or analytics or operations (consulting) type of projects. The common denominator in an individual's success is a strong academic record and evidence of superior analytic skills.
