Business Intelligence Expert

Zopper is seeking a Business Intelligence Expert to join our Analytics team. As a Business Intelligence Expert you will generate insights out of the data and develop an in-house consulting process. You will work with different verticals like sales, operations and tech providing them with analysis to assist them in solving complex business problems.

Responsibilities :

- Oversee the identification and definition of the business rules, metrics, and key performance indicators

- Provide Business Intelligence reports required to support each of the business functions and business partners

- Identification of new business processes able to realize value from analytics capabilities

- Frequently interact with key internal stakeholders to understand and leverage existing product features and technology

- Conduct cost/benefit analysis, Business Strategy Analysis and Product Risk Assessment

- Preparations of Feasibility Reports & Micro market / Market Analysis.

- Preparation of Analytical Reports

- Oversee the ongoing development and operations of a business intelligence architecture that enables fact-based decision making and ad hoc analysis and insight generation.

- Staying current with industry trends.

- Advising and educating management on their relative importance and impact.

- Identify the risk and impact of vertical-specific go-to-market activation's for an emerging business line

- Identify market opportunities & develop plans for the same to enter the markets

Requirements :

- B Tech from Tier 1 College; preferably a Business Degree from Tier 1 College

- Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills

- Advanced problem solving skills

- Knowledge of analytics software like Qlik, Tableau, Pentaho, SAS, R.

- Proficient on atleast 1 scripting language(Python, Javascript etc).

- Business intelligence and data warehouse experience (desirable)

- Prior experience using SQL (mandatory)

- 2+ years of experience in Analytics/consulting domain.
