Zoomcar.in - VP - Marketing (6-8 yrs)

Zoom is India's first 100% self-drive car hire service. We're a membership-based service that allows customers to rent cars out by the hour or by the day. At present, we have a fleet of 150 vehicles across 20 different locations in Bangalore. We offer the Figo, Vento, City, Ecosport, Scorpio LX, Scorpio SLE, Safari, XUV, BMW 320d and Reva. We're in rapid expansion mode as we look to grow across Bangalore and other Indian metros in 2014.

Zoom is expanding rapidly and we're looking for a senior level marketing guru to help take us to the next level across India!

More specifically, we're looking for a rockstar individual who has 6-8 years experience at a product company. This person would definitely be a digital marketing expert who also has a very stellar knack for analytics. Ideally, this person would have a Btech and have a very good overall handle with numbers/quantitative analysis. We're really looking for someone who understands demand optimization and that all important intersection with marketing! Certainly looking for someone who has a great overall business sense who's comfortable working in a very fast paced environment.

Moreover, this individual would also have deep expertise originating, tracking/monitoring, and iterating in the following digital marketing capacities:

- Adwords

- Email

- Affiliates

- Social

- Retargetting

Salary: Would comprise base salary + equity; 18-25 lakh depending on experience level.

Join Date: Looking to hire immediately so candidates with short notice periods would be strongly preferred.
