Full Time / Marketing / Bangalore & Pune  Zoom is looking to hire a Marketing Manager to handle the company outbound communication through all relevant social media channels, web properties (website and blog), offline sites and press.   - The role will involve implementing the Company’s offline marketing Strategy, creating and maintaining local/national partnerships or corporate tie-ups, developing brand awareness, generating inbound traffic and encouraging product adoption. Moreover, this individual will be responsible for ongoing direct customer interaction on all marketing channels as well as event coordination for brand development.   - This individual will report directly to the VP of Marketing and will work with Zoom's other Marketing Managers on a routine basis to ensure that communication in these channels is consistent with the Company's marketing messaging.   - The role will be highly creative in nature and will require unconventional approaches to building awareness and engaging the local community. Sometimes, a little wackiness can go a long way!!   Required Skills:  - MBA from IIM with 3-4 years of brand management and/or corporate communications experience in marketing. Creating and Handling partnerships, Traffic generation, Social Media Marketing, Branding, PR and Corporate Communication, ATL/BTL, Radio.   - Highly creative leader who is full of innovative ideas, works independently and is able to execute them to a high standard through highly collaborative projects leading to revenue driving ideas  - Create communication plan and execute across online and offline channels to create and maintain our brand image among our stakeholders   - High comfort level monitoring engagement on social media platforms on an daily basis (Facebook, Twitter etc) with understanding of key metrices across different marketing channels  - Good understanding of digital marketing metrics eg. CPA, CTR  - Create strategic long term cross marketing online/offline partnership   - Strong analytical, communication and influencing skills   - Driving awareness for the Zoom brand and building brand equity among the core TG through mass media & targeted campaigns.   - Identify opportunities and trends to grow more Business with existing/new partners and New clients, Track sales activity, provide detailed data analysis monthly   - Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and online/offline monetization strategies.   - Create a consumer redressal system to respond to customer queries and monitor conversations on social platforms   - Innovative problem-solving skills; capacity to build new and efficient approaches through industriousness and adaptability  - Experience developing and managing viral awareness campaigns both online and offline  - Eagerness to collaborate with other team members for ongoing initiatives.  About Zoom:  Zoom is India's first 100% self-drive car hire service.
