Job Description :
- Responsible for growth strategies and achieving profitable revenue growth.
- Create, manage and optimize website experiments to maximize revenue, conversions and other key metrics.
- Partner with cross- functional teams to develop go-to-market plans for product and content releases.
- Identify opportunities for outbound marketing campaigns and develop these opportunities into multi- touch, multi- channel plans.
- Develop product marketing briefs and positioning statements to focus and guide marketing messages.
- Drive timelines for product launches cross- functionally and develop marketing programs to drive consumer demand working with marketing, cross- functional teams.
- Collaborate with teams to deliver an intuitive and visually appealing customer experience.
- Partner with teams on quantitative and qualitative research that delivers actionable insights to drive growth and influence key product marketing decisions.
Experience :
- 2 - 3 years of AB Testing or product marketing experience with a leading eCommerce company, experience of digital marketing is an added plus.
- Broad experience utilizing optimization tools
- Experience with quantitative and qualitative consumer research methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract data from multiple sources to create cohesive road maps and product requirements.
- Experience with conversion optimization testing and analytics in an eCommerce environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
