- Training & coaching team on technology, products and IT systems
- Training need identification and skill enhancement
- Empower teams to facilitate business through periodic RCA & action planning
- Preference given to people with 2-4 years- experience in Sales and Distribution management with a consumer durable company/Telecom/FMCG
- MBA or equivalent degree from tier 1 institutes
