Designation: Zonal sales Manger( Prepaid sales)

EX.: 3-11 Yrs

Salary: Max cap.: 12.5 lacs

Job location: Kolkata

Job Description:

Target setting of Sales & Revenue

- Setting targets for team and reviewing/analyzing their performance on population basis

- BTS wise sales performance

- Tertiary target achievement

- Provide forecast of primary and secondary sales

- Penetration of product-number of outlets covered

Tracking measure & Problem solving

- To ensure a healthy ROI.

- MIS analysis on various parameters such as Competition activity, channel development, Sales and revenue trend , Churn etc

- To conceive, design & implement plans to improve scores on key financial parameters

Systems & processes

- Ensuring all system and processes are adhered t all distributor points(Planned v/s Actual)

- Ensuring KPI"s to be achieved

- Ensuring quality customers

Strategic Planning & Channel Management

- Responsible for Service level channel partners & retailers on population basis

- Identify infrastructure gaps

Team Management

- Direction, motivation and training the team, ensuring optimum performance

- Retention of team.

- Conduct at least one W*W with all TSM, records feedback and provides the same to each TSM
