Zonal Sales Manager - Prepaid Sales - Telecom (2-10 yrs)

Purpose of the Job :
- To sustain and enhance targeted customer base and gross revenue in respective Zone by effective implementation of strategies that aim at improving rural penetration and growth.
Key Deliverables :
- To Increase Active Sim and Lappu Outlets
- To increase number of rural Distributors
- To achieve Tertiary recharge sales
- To achieve Gross Pre Paid targets
- To manage, train and develop Field Sales Executive
- To maintain effective Updated MIS
Qualification & Key skills/ competencies :
- Graduates with 8-10 years experience or candidates from premium B School with 2-4 years of experience
- Experience preferably in FMCG, Consumer Durables, Telecom
- Achieving Results
- Business and Commercial Acumen
- Building and Nurturing Partnerships
- Empowering and Developing
Team size (in case the role has reportees) : 4-7 team members
Salary Range: 12 - 18 LPA
