- Monitoring of field staff, expeditious recruitment in the event of vacancies in consultation with HR department), distribution & trade channel management, key account & Key opinion leader (KOL) management.
- Accountable for managing clinical seminars & conferences, and promotional campaigns (in consultation with local sales force and (Head Office) HO based clinical specialists & product management team).
