Previous managerial experience of at least 4 years.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and achieve sales targets for the organization through a team of RSM's & ASM's
Develop new sales territories
Plan and achieve other Sales led initiatives - set up and expansion of distributors, growth and experimentation etc.
Branch administration, distribution, channel management in multi-channel environment, dealer and distributor management and local marketing activities
Design and implement innovative Sales Strategies
Set up and grow the Distribution network
Supply Chain Management for the depot
Handle large turnover and therefore commercial skills and business acumen of high level is required
Ensure sales volume is at its maximum, maintaining product mix and selling price
Creative Planning for sales related activities for the area to drive volumes, visibility and reach
Recruit and train Sales team
Overall Development (Coaching, Growth) of the team.
