Function/Department : Sales  Global Job: Zonal Manager - Retail Sales, West  Position Summary:  This position will be based at Mumbai and reporting to General Manager - Retail Sales. This person will operate for a wider geographical area along with revenue generation, mentoring and supply chain management.  Responsibilities and Accountabilities:  - Develop business in the states to achieve short and long term objectives along with planning and leading new business opportunities. Responsible for planning and driving sales revenue in designated states.  - Accountable for profitability, along with short and long term business objectives.  - Efficient distribution and sales management by identifying opportunities for better distribution mechanism. Lead process for aligning existing distributors with business objectives and goals and guide and monitor team towards distribution opportunity mapping and identifying solution partner.
