- Achieving Zonal sales target with a bias towards ensuring product wise and individual team members sales targets are achieved
- Revenue and Resource Management
- Training, counseling, motivating and skill development of the team members
- Key Accounts Management and KOL Management
- Organize Clinical seminars & conferences, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop Regional Pricing,
- Coverage & Business development strategies for trade and institutional business.
- Maintaining, analyzing and communicating sales records to team members, with a clear future action plan.
- Responsible for overall sales administration pertaining to the assigned zone.
- Ensuring timely delivery of comprehensive regional reports every sales period
- Ensure self and team members comply with - Code of Ethics at all times.
