Zonal Sales Manager - eCommerce (5-12 yrs)

Mumbai/Bangalore Job Code: 335932

Looking for ZSM with leading eCommerce Company for South India and West India.

Based Location : Mumbai/ Bangalore

Sales & Business Development :

- Achieve primary and secondary revenue targets for the Zone

- On-boarding new Business Partners

Channel Management :

- Maximize counter share at various stores

- Inventory Forecast/Planning

- Share the monthly inventory projections to the Supply Chain team

- Devising incentives for Sales team

- Demand Generation,Work closely with trade marketing team to devise/execute on ground BTL activities

- Channel Expansion - Identify new channels for product placement with in the zone

Team Management :

- Lead the team of 4-5 State Heads and a BTL manager in the zone

- Training/Mentoring team members

Education/Skills :

- MBA from a tier 1/2 B-School

- Exemplary execution skills

- Analytical/Problem Solving Skills

Experience :

- 4 years + experience in a leadership role in Sales function (FMCG/FMCD/Pharma) post MBA

- Familiarity/prior work experience with the territory is a must

Miscellaneous :

- Local Language is a plus

- Achievement of revenue targets for the Zone

- Lead/Build/Mentor the team of 4-5 state heads

- Inventory Planning and Forecast

- Foster relationship with key trade partners

- Devising incentives for Sales Force

- Channel Expansion in the zone
