We are looking for Zonal Sales Head - West Region based out of Mumbai for an eCommerce giant.
Zonal Head KRA:
Experience/Skill sets/Role & Responsibility:
- 7-12 years of experience
- Would be responsible for Onboarding of sellers
- Have managed team size of 3-5 Regional/Zonal Managers and 30-40 bd's.
- Instrumental in scaling up business, should be good in planning and execution.
- Previous experience of handling volumes and large businesses is must.
- Responsible for ROI of region
- People leadership, Process orientation and resource management.
- Have managed team of RM's/AM's and minimum 20-30 BD's
- Stability i.e. should have spent at least 3 years in one organization
Qualification: MBA from reputed institute.
Profile: Sales, business development
Candidates from FMCG industries are preferable.
