Zonal Sales Head - General Insurance

a) Develop an effective agency channel for the assigned Area

b) Analyzing general insurance business potential, planning and executing strategies to drive distribution through agency channel for various segments

c) Handing the strategic alliances and tie ups with various channel partners to get a fair and result oriented market penetration

d) Building a Team of High Performing Branch Managers in agency channel

e) Ensuring recruitment of intermediaries through own team of Branch Managers

f) Designing, organizing and monitoring Area level activities for agency channel for the assigned Area

g) Achieving Top Line and Bottom Line as per budget

h) Achieving Line wise Budgets and desired Product mix Should be adept at multi-tasking

i) Will be responsible for achieving the business targets set for the area of control

j) To develop adequate market intelligence to acquire business by establishing, positioning the Organisation brand and growing the Organisation brand.

k) Responsible for the smooth functioning of the area of control

l) Excellent inter-personal skills

4. Handling a team of 10 - 12 Area Heads in implementing organizational goal

5. Person expected to have high degree of credibility in the retail line of insurance business

6. To handle to control Branch Business

7 To monitor and control the staff at branch level. Person is expected to have leadership qualities and should handle a team.

Qualification : Any Graduate with MBA and having hand-son from General Insurance Industry.
