ZONAL HEAD - West Bangal & North East ( Education & Governement Business Vertical )
Based at - KOLKATA
Reporting to - Regional Director – Sales
- Promote Products & Services (Education / Training ) across all verticals – Education , Skill , Cluster , e – gov and Health with Government & Retail & Corporate clients
- Work closely with and monitor teams under him and support them in sales / marketing of Education/Training products and services and implementation of mandates
- Work closely with locations to ensure that the business associates are motivated and achieve business objectives as per the business plan of the region
- Ensure that new accounts, towns, leads are generated by the team & partners and new markets are opened up
- To monitor collection of receivables
- Responsible for customer care and ensure that customer delight is achieved
- Monitor the Implementation of various Projects & Warranty services of certain products
- Overall responsible for the P&L of the Zone assigned

- A good understanding of the education / Skill / Cluster / e- Gov business, Proficient in in spoken and written English, regional language
- Good Communication, Interpersonal and Presentation Skills
- Leadership Skills for managing high performing teams
- Good Customer Relationship Management Skills
- Courteous behavior and ability to manage large number of teams spread over different states
- A clear understanding of how Govt. Depts. work
- Coverage of large accounts independently
- Good at demos, events, road shows etc
- Knowledge of writing customized proposals
Required exposure
- 10-15 years in relevant profile or industry. Excellent in Sales / Leadership / Team Management skills.
- A Leader with Strong communication & interpersonal skill
- Training/Sales exp in Education / Skill / e –Gov business .
- Must have independently managed and implemented at least three projects with minimum value of Rs.4.00 Crore each .
- Experience of managing multi disciplinary teams .
