We are looking to hire Zonal heads for new car & used car business in key cities   Key Roles:   - Create the annual operating plan and sales action plan for the Zone working closely with Top Management   - Build, train, manage and lead a team to drive P&L across all product solutions   - Develop and maintain the company partnership network with key stakeholders in the city - especially dealer principals and key financial institutions   - Take decisions on Zone level pricing decisions for customized solutions   - Assess customer needs and sell customized solutions cutting across multiple product lines   - Generate customer insight to feed into and shape product development plans   - Drive launch of new products within their zone Key Requirements   - Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)   - Prior experience of managing and leading a team   - Managing front line sales team for generating revenue from Tamil Nadu.   - Analyse business potential, conceptualize & execute strategies to drive sales, augment turnover and achieve desired targets. Preparing and implementing Annual Sales Strategy   - Achieving Business Plan Targets to contribute to the profitability & achieve value addition & market share in accordance with the Regional Business Plan.   - Strategising & drawing long term plans for sustained profitable growth.   - Build and leverage relationships with existing clients through proactive & creative client service to ensure retention of clients.
