Zonal Sales Head - BFSI/IPC/Retail/Travel (11-15 yrs)

What you will be doing:

As a Zonal Head:

- Handling Sales Process Management thereby ensuring the achievement of business targets, implementation of the Sales Strategy in turn contributing to the Sales coverage of the circle.

- Managing overall profitability of sales and accountable for strategic utilization and deployment of resources to achieve circle goals.

- Review performance of the team & monitor each Sales person’s daily performance

- Motivate, offer counseling, coaching and provide information to the team members to perform well and assist them in the Selling process.

- Work closely with marketing team to identify event opportunities that would enhance business.

- To ensure that CRM systems are accurately updated and the required documentation is completed.

- Build relationship with customers for the possibilities of repeat business and referencing.

- Work closely with the Operations team to ensure successful and smooth delivery of the Post-Sales Services and assist them in closing the customer issues if any.

- Work with HR to ensure the departmental performance of staff is productive and to monitor regular adherence to company policies and procedures.

- Be a Graduate in any stream with a minimum of 11 years of Direct Sales experience. A Masters in Business Administration (MBA) would be a strongly preferred added asset.

- Have handled mid-large sized Sales teams with rigorous monthly Sales targets
