Position : Zonal Manager / Sr. Manager - HR

Location : Mumbai (West) / Delhi (North) / Chennai (South) / Kolkatta (East)

Qualification : XLRI / MBA - Masters Degree (HR)

Preference : Male Candidates

Experience : 5 - 7 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent acquisition. Preference to candidates from an NBFC / BFSI background.

The HRM will be responsible for the entire HR activities in the assigned region with focus on recruitment.

Key Responsibilities / Functions :

Recruitment / Talent Acquisition - Responsible to fill vacancies as per approved budgets for all critical positions - proactively maintain adequate pipeline of candidates for critical positions - Vacancy closure as per TAT.

Employee Orientation, Training & Development - To foster positive attitudes - Training to enhance capability - To understand their career aspirations & clarify expectations - To discuss career options in the organization - employee retention

HR Operations - Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs. - advice the management for an appropriate resolution of employee relations issues. Design Initiative to drive employee engagement and retention - conduct Rewards & Recognition Programmes - ensure record keeping and analytic feedback of employee foot print.

Skill Set:

- Extremely good oral & written communication skills.

- Extensive knowledge on MS applications such as Excel, power point, visio

- Ability to analyze data from various sources and publish dashboards, reports/ presentations

- Ability to multitask
