The organisation is highly profitable with excellent brands and are World Leaders in their field. Our clients are on a rapid transformation phase and hope to grow very rapidly in the next few years. Our clients seek to recruit dynamic & experienced ZMs at various locations in India. The positions lead teams of Sales & Administration professionals & report to the Regional Managers. Candidates are expected to be locationally mobile for posting at any of the organisation's locations (including Tier-2, 3 cities) in India. Job Profile: The positions involves heading the Zonal Sales, Distribution & Administration (accounting, logistics etc.) Operations, responsible for Zonal P&L, respective Sales teams of Managers & Officers, leading large teams of over 15# professionals in their respective Zones and achieving targeted sales turnovers along with budgeted profitabilities. The growth path for these roles would be at the Regional level.

Candidate Profile MBAs (premier institutes) with 5-8 years relevant sales management & operations experience in consumer products that go through the C&F/Distributor/Retailer channel e.g. fmcg, durables, handsets, paints, lubes, Pharma-OTC, building materials, tyres etc. Must be currently handling similar roles and leading a team of at least 10 sales personnel. Independent and team worker; fast and analytical thinker with ability to interact with senior leadership, sales team, vendors and customers. Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environment.
