Talent Acquisition : Planning, forecasting & budgeting for Talent acquisition for the assigned Zone as part of the organisation plan. Mobilizing resources to execute & ensure timely filling of vacancies to help Line Managers maximize business results keeping cost in mind.

Effective handling of ER & Legal Compliance cases for west zone. Ensuring that all the branches in the zone are meeting the statutory requirements, effective inter & intra organisation conflict resolution in context of west Zone.

HR Operations & Employee Services : Ensuring timely & accurate Payroll processing, managing mapping, transfer/promotion/demotion cases, maintaining a real time EDB, SAP data validation, Attendance & leave management, Exit management, post exit support to the ex employees, smooth & timely processing of mediclaim, ESIC etc.

Effective execution of Learning & Development initiatives of the National L&D team post constructive feedback on feasibility & relevance with respect to Zone. Customization of Induction program content & structure basis requirements & ensuring that Induction coverage targets are met.

Employee Engagement & Communication : Leading the engagement & communication initiatives in the zone to address EVPs of the organisation and administer culture shift. Organizing Open Houses, Town Halls, Help desks, Fun at Work initiatives across the zone and successful administration of employee satisfaction survey in the zone.

Talent Management : Conceptualize & Execution of the yearly PMS cycle, identifying key talent for the zone, performance counselling sessions in a planned manner.

Reports, Analysis & MIS : Partnering with business leaders of the zone with respect to reports & analysis on HCM, exit analysis, performance management, key talent of the zone, key findings of E-Sat projects, areas that need immediate attention & enabling them in effective decision making.
