Zonal HR Manager - Conglomerate - XLRI/TISS/MDI (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Assimilate EVP of Mahindra and support line-managers propogate the same within their respective teams
Manage exit interviews and support the business in analyzing the data and provide innovative solutions to improve retention rates
Work with business to ensure organisational design is executed in order to meet business priorities and align with AFS strategy.
Facilitate managers to prepare Individual Development Plans (IDP) for their reportees and oversee the execution of these plans within time and cost parameters.
Facilitates managers in creating a performance driven work culture through actively championing the PMS process
Supports line managers in goal setting through Management By Resource (MBR) Day cascade sessions, and auditing the goal sheets to ensure that they are in line with the AFS and business unit goals.
Works with the capability building champion for designing and delivering appropriate training programs that addresses business priorities and IDP.
Analyzes and presents employee satisfaction survey (MCARES) data to senior business leaders and ensures implementation of action plans within the defined time parameter
Designs functional onboarding process that addresses both cultural integration as well as functional skills for respective business unit
Works with managers and RPO to ensure Resource Week manpower commitments are adheared
Gain understanding of the future manpower and skill requirement through meeting business leaders, participating in business reviews and external benchmarking of key competitors.
Works closely with central capability building teams towards building and developing the leadership pipeline of the business unit.
Monitoring the talent review documents and ensures successors are identified for all key positions and IDP for successors in yellow is being implemented.
Engage in career conversations with middle managers and take ownership of managing the individual development of top talent at middle level.
Design appropriate interventions to promote small-group communication cascade across business unit
Facilitates "Total Rewards" communication among middle management and ensures cascading of the same across the teams.
